Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior CRM Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of CRM strategies to enhance player engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will assist in CRM retargeting, onsite communications management, and cross-selling initiatives across various communication channels. You will contribute to the planning and the analysis of CRM campaigns to ensure continuous optimization can be led by data-driven decision-making.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Assist in planning and coordinating customer communications, including both ad hoc and lifecycle campaigns, across multiple channels such as email, inbox, push notifications, SMS, etc.
  • Support the development and execution of CRM retargeting strategies to re-engage inactive players.
  • Assist in analyzing player behavior and segmenting the player base to create personalized retargeting campaigns.
  • Help optimize retargeting campaigns to improve engagement and player lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to support the creation of visually appealing and engaging messages for various communication channels.
  • Ensure onsite communications align with the overall brand and marketing strategies, with the support of the CRM Strategist team member.
  • Assist in developing and implementing cross-selling strategies to promote different features and games functionalities to existing players.
  • Support collaboration with product development and marketing teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and assist in creating compelling offers.
  • Help segment the player base using player data and analytics for more personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Support the refinement of segmentation strategies based on player behavior and preferences.
  • Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance using relevant KPIs.
  • Assist in providing insights and data-driven recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
  • Help plan and execute A/B tests to optimize messaging, timing, and other campaign elements.
  • Implement findings from A/B tests to enhance the impact of CRM strategies.
  • Ensure that all CRM activities comply with relevant regulations and data protection laws.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and support necessary adjustments to CRM strategies.

Experience

  • Some experience or internship in CRM, digital marketing, or a related field within the entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and customer lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, or data analytics software is an advantage.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with fluent English language skills.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • You will need your own office set up with a self-provided laptop or PC, headset and a reliable internet connection
