Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Executive to support the planning and execution of campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. You will work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver effective CRM initiatives tailored to specific audiences and partner needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and rollout of CRM campaigns, including promotions, targeted communications, and reward programs.
  • Assist in designing giveaways, prize draws, and manual campaigns based on partner objectives and audience profiles.
  • Help segment customer databases to enable personalized lifecycle campaigns.
  • Coordinate and schedule social media content in line with CRM goals, including community engagement support.
  • Contribute to the development of tailored purchase offers based on customer journeys and traffic behaviour.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of CRM activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing reports that highlight key results and insights.
  • Help document CRM processes and provide basic training or support to other team members as needed

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of customer segmentation, campaign planning, and engagement tactics.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as optimove, bloomreach or smartico is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
