As a Promotions Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping and executing promotional strategies that not only drive customer engagement but also enhance the overall customer journey. You will play a pivotal role in refining promo mechanics, developing compelling propositions, and ensuring our promotional activities align with product capabilities and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive promotional strategy that enhances the player experience and drives engagement.
  • Design innovative promotional mechanics, ensuring they are compelling, sustainable, and aligned with product capabilities.
  • Own the end-to-end development of promo propositions, ensuring they offer unique value and differentiation.
  • Work closely with the Product team to ensure promo mechanics align with platform features, creating seamless and frictionless customer experiences.
  • Analyse customer behavior data to identify pain points and opportunities for improving promo-related user journeys.
  • Partner with UX/UI teams to enhance promo discoverability and usability across platforms.
  • Continuously analyse campaign performance, customer engagement trends, and competitor insights to optimize promotional strategies.
  • Develop A/B testing frameworks to refine promo effectiveness and improve long-term retention.
  • Provide clear post-campaign analysis with actionable recommendations for future strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Data teams to ensure smooth execution of promotional plans.
  • Manage and allocate promo budgets efficiently to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Ensure promotions comply with industry regulations while maintaining commercial effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine promotional tactics to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.


Experience & Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar strategic role.
  • Proven expertise in designing and executing customer-centric promotional mechanics and propositions.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, user journeys, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working with product teams to enhance promotional features and optimise platform experiences.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills, with experience working cross-functionally across teams.
  • Experience in the USA market is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
