Are you a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, ready to lead and shape the future of risk management in a dynamic iGaming environment? We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Head of Risk – Player Operations to oversee and optimise critical operational teams, including KYC, Risk and Payments. This hands-on leadership role requires direct involvement in day-to-day processes, ensuring seamless workflow and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Optimise Operations
- Take full ownership of KYC, Risk and Payments teams, ensuring seamless workflows and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement best-in-class processes that enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and support business objectives.
Be Hands-On & Drive Continuous Improvement
- Actively engage in daily operations ensuring teams operate at peak performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
Mitigate Risks Without Compromising User Experience
- Develop and execute risk management protocols that align with company goals and ensures compliance without compromising user experience.
- Strike the perfect balance between fraud prevention and frictionless user engagement.
Streamline Payment & Risk Processes
- Enhance payment systems for efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Reduce risk exposure while maintaining a smooth and trusted payment experience for players.
Foster Collaboration & Alignment
- Work cross-functionally with the likes of Product, Marketing, and Development, teams to ensure operational strategies support broader business goals.
- Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging insights to improve processes and decision-making.
Develop & Empower a High-Performing Team
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent, building a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Support team leads in achieving KPIs and OKRs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
