Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with developers, product, marketing and data teams on the tracking planning, implementation and QA.
  • Ensure the highest quality in data collection and reporting by configuring, optimizing, regularity auditing analytics tools and setting up alerts.
  • Guide BI specialists through the intricacies of client-side data to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking, proactiveness, high level of responsibility, and reliability.
  • Advanced practical knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase or Snowplow.
  • Experience with tracking planning, execution, and quality control for both web and app platforms.
  • Good understanding of how Tag Management Systems work (both client-side and server-side).
  • Familiarity with the privacy regulations and their impact on the digital analytics ecosystem.
  • At least basic SQL and visualization skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Familiarity with autotracking/session-replay/experimentation platforms.
  • Understanding of marketing conversions tracking tools including MMPs.
