Role Description: Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Senior Product Manager - Mobile Apps will lead our mobile apps, product owners and teams. You will be setting the vision of our mobile apps, managing multiple roadmaps, fostering its growth, building a culture of “app-first” across our business. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our product offerings, ensuring they not only meet but exceed the evolving demands of the market and our users. You will play a key role in advocating mobile app development, driving user adoption, conversion, retention and referrals through engagement and intuitive app experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Leadership: Own the mobile apps product roadmap, defining clear strategies for growth and innovation.

Mobile App Expertise: You will showcase expertise in mobile app technology, capabilities, plus continuously learning and identifying new opportunities in the mobile app OS roadmaps. Apply your knowledge continuously to grow mobile app adoption, conversion, retention and referrals.

Mobile App Strategy & Growth: Take the lead on new strategies and experimentation plans that align to our business goals, continuously driving and evaluating against Mobile App OKRs and KPIs.

Data-Driven Analysis: Utilise analytics to assess the business impact of new features and improvements, ensuring data-driven decision-making processes that support strategic goals.

Product Discovery: Plan, lead and execute customer research, user testing, design concepts alongside designers and stakeholders to identify user pain points, needs, desires and testing of new concepts that support new features or user journeys that will make a positive impact on mobile app OKRs and KPIs.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to refine development requests and foster new initiatives that drive product success.

Line Management: Manage a team of product owners, identifying their strengths, weaknesses and developing them into future product leaders.

Continuous Improvement: Manage and prioritise the product backlog, continually refining processes and outputs to boost product performance and user satisfaction.
