Role Description:

As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting our workforce in the Philippines, primarily composed of Customer Support and Player Operations professionals in a contact centre environment. Reporting to the global HR leadership, you will ensure smooth operations, foster employee engagement, and help our teams thrive in a dynamic, remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Managing the onboarding process from offer paperwork through to successful integration into the organization.
  • Employee relations: Acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Talent management: Partnering with department heads to identify talent needs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Career development: Supporting initiatives to upskill and provide resources for employees to reach their potential.
  • Retention: Developing and implementing strategies to retain top talent in competitive markets.
  • Performance management: Supporting managers with performance evaluations and driving initiatives to improve productivity and engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local labour laws and maintaining up-to-date employee records.
  • HR administration: Managing policies and procedures that meet the needs of a remote, globally distributed workforce.
  • Culture and engagement: Organizing virtual and in-person initiatives to enhance team morale and connectivity in a remote setting.

Candidate Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a contact centre or gaming environment.
  • Proven track record of supporting remote teams in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices in the Philippines, including labour laws and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for driving employee success.
  • Experience with HR systems and tools to streamline processes and reporting.
