We’re looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented HR Systems & Data Specialist to manage the technical administration of our key HR platforms: Bob (HRIS), Pixel (Learn Amp - L&D system), and Breezy (recruitment system). This mid-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical problem-solving with people-focused solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our HR systems are optimized, user-friendly, and providing actionable insights to drive our people strategy forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for HR, managers, and leadership teams.
  • Provide data insights on key metrics, such as recruitment performance, employee engagement, training effectiveness, and turnover trends.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, conducting regular audits as needed.
  • Create custom reports to support ad-hoc requests and strategic decision-making.

System Administration

  • Serve as the technical administrator for Bob, Pixel, and Breezy, ensuring smooth system functionality and addressing user issues as they arise.
  • Regularly review and update system processes to align with evolving business needs and best practices.
  • Monitor system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors or IT teams to resolve any challenges.
  • Manage system upgrades and feature rollouts, ensuring smooth adoption by users.

User Support & Training

  • Work with L&D to:
    • Act as the go-to resource for employees and managers needing support or guidance on using HR systems.
    • Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials to improve user experience and encourage system adoption.
    • Deliver occasional training sessions or one-on-one support for key system features or updates.

Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with HR, L&D, and Recruitment teams to identify and implement process improvements using system capabilities.
  • Research and recommend enhancements or tools to increase efficiency, automation, and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on new system features and industry best practices to keep our HR tech stack cutting-edge.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in HR systems administration, ideally with Bob (or similar platforms).
  • Strong data skills, including reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with system integrations, workflows, and automation.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and communicating solutions to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
