In this role, you will also be responsible for shaping best practices, establishing common procedures, and ensuring knowledge is effectively shared across the commercial team. What You'll Do:

  • Brand Performance & Optimization: Evaluate and manage the performance of multiple gaming brands, identifying opportunities to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall business results.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to inform brand and business strategies.
  • KPI Monitoring: Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Looker to track key performance metrics across the business, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and implement best practices and common procedures for the commercial team, ensuring consistency and fostering a culture of collaboration and shared learning.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to align brand strategies with overall company objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to business goals.
