Role Summary

Executive Support & Coordination

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO/Founder, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating communications.

Strategic Project Involvement

  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking special projects and initiatives across the group of companies.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data gathering to support strategic decision-making.

Communication & Presentation

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing documents for board meetings and strategic sessions.
  • Draft and review communications on behalf of the CEO/Founder, maintaining a professional and polished tone.
