Role Overview

This role is central to nurturing and expanding our B2B client relationships, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and engagement. The Senior B2B Account Manager will focus on managing and growing accounts, overseeing project elements critical to client success, and enhancing our account management framework. Areas of Responsibility

  • Spearhead the development and refinement of account management strategies to deepen client relationships and ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage account-related services and support structures, ensuring they align with client needs and business goals.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5+ years in B2B account management, preferably in the iGaming or gambling sector.
  • Experience in managing high-value client portfolios and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficient in strategizing and executing account growth and retention plans within the USA/European iGaming markets.
  • Familiarity with customer support frameworks, VIP player management, and the operational intricacies of risk, fraud, and payment systems.
  • Highly analytical with a proven track record of operational optimization and problem-solving.
  • Goal-oriented, with exemplary attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
