Patrianna collects your personal data for the purposes of managing its recruitment and hiring processes, performing statistical and other research analysis, and for organizational planning purposes such as job distribution. Consequently, Patrianna may use your personal data in relation to the assessment and selection of applicants, including but not limited to conducting screening, interviews, tests, assessing the results of such activities, and any other actions necessary during the recruitment and hiring processes.

This information is collected and processed on the basis of our legitimate interests and is retained only for as long as necessary, in line with our data retention periods. Patrianna does not disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties. However, as a global company, Patrianna may share resources and information across international locations. From time to time, Patrianna may also engage third parties to act on its behalf for recruitment purposes. You agree that, to the extent required, your personal data may be transferred and/or disclosed to any company within the Patrianna group as well as to third parties acting on Patrianna's behalf. This includes situations where your application is being considered for opportunities across the broader group. Such transfers may also include data transfers outside of the European Economic Area and to locations like the United States of America.

In the event that you are an agent submitting personal data on behalf of an applicant, you warrant that you have obtained the necessary and required consent to disclose the applicant's personal data for the purposes described here. Alternatively, you must ensure that the applicant provides the required consent directly.
